How to Watch UFC 329 as Conor McGregor Returns Against Max Holloway

Five years after breaking his leg at UFC 264, Conor McGregor is back in the Octagon. The former two-division champion will face Max Holloway in a long-awaited Welterweight rematch on Saturday, July 11, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas as part of UFC International Fight Week.

The stakes are massive. But if you boot up ESPN expecting to buy a standard pay-per-view, you are going to stare at a blank screen. The broadcast rules flipped at the start of the year. The UFC cut ties with ESPN and handed the keys to Paramount+. That means no more $80 PPV fees for the American audience. It also means adjusting to entirely new start times and streaming platforms.

Below is everything you need to know about watching UFC 329 live, including how the broadcast deal has changed in 2026.

When is UFC 329 and What Time Does the Main Card Start

UFC 329 is not pay-per-view in the United States. Starting January 1, 2026, Paramount+ became the exclusive US streaming home for all UFC events under a seven-year, $7.7 billion deal. Every numbered event and every UFC Fight Night is included in a standard subscription with no additional charge.

There are two tiers:

PlanPriceWhat You Get
Paramount+ EssentialFrom $8.99/monthAll live UFC events, ads on on-demand content, full UFC library
Paramount+ PremiumFrom $12.99/monthAll live UFC events, no ads on demand, SHOWTIME library, live CBS feed

Both plans include every segment of UFC 329, from early prelims through main card, in one place. No platform-switching required.

To watch on fight night: log in or download the free Paramount+ app, navigate to the UFC show page, and the live stream will be active from 5 PM ET. Fights are also uploaded for on-demand replay shortly after they conclude.

Select UFC numbered events in 2026 are simulcast live on CBS. Whether UFC 329 is one of them will be confirmed closer to fight night.

One thing to note for anyone watching at a bar or restaurant: Paramount+ covers home subscribers. Commercial venues showing UFC 329 may still operate under a separate licensing arrangement. UFC.com has a “find a bar” tool that lists licensed locations.

How to Watch UFC 329 in India

In India, UFC is on Sony Sports Network and SonyLIV. Sony Pictures Networks India holds exclusive broadcast rights for UFC across India and the Indian subcontinent through 2028, a deal that runs separately from the Paramount+ switch in the US.

On TV: Sony Sports channels (Sony Sports Ten 1 and Sony Sports Ten 2 in English). Online: SonyLIV app or SonyLIV.com, available on Android, iOS, and most smart TVs.

The main card starts at approximately 6:30 AM IST on Sunday, July 12. Early prelims begin around 2:30 AM IST, and prelims at around 4:30 AM IST. Given five fights before the main event, the McGregor-Holloway walkouts are unlikely before 9:00 AM IST at the earliest.

Sony Sports typically covers UFC numbered events live in India, though early prelim coverage can vary. SonyLIV is the safest option for fans who want the full card from start to finish.

UFC Fight Pass is also available worldwide as a fallback option for sessions not carried by Sony.

How to Watch UFC 329 in the UK, Australia and Everywhere Else

United Kingdom

UFC 329 is on TNT Sports Box Office in the UK. This sits outside a standard TNT Sports or HBO Max subscription, so fans should check TNT Sports’ website for Box Office pricing ahead of July 11. Replays are available on HBO Max. The main card starts at 2:00 AM BST on Sunday, July 12. Early prelims begin at 10:00 PM BST on Saturday.

Paddy Pimblett, who features in the co-main event against Benoît Saint Denis, is one of the biggest draws in the UK MMA market, which should make this a significant event for the British audience.

Australia

Paramount+ carries prelims for UFC numbered events in Australia, but the main card for the bigger cards in 2026 has been distributed via Kayo Sports, Disney+ and UFC Fight Pass. Australian fans should confirm the main card broadcaster closer to July 11, as the rights setup for numbered events has varied across the calendar this year. The main card starts at 11:00 AM AEST on Sunday, July 12.

Everywhere Else

UFC Fight Pass is the worldwide streaming fallback for markets without a local rights holder. Subscriptions can be purchased directly at ufcfightpass.com.

McGregor enters at 22-6-0. He has not won a UFC fight since UFC 246 in January 2020. Holloway, ranked No. 4 at Welterweight, comes in at 27-9-0 and is looking to rebound from a BMF Title defense loss to Charles Oliveira at UFC 326.
